Return and Refund Policy
We have a return policy for damaged or expired items, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be defective, damaged, or expired upon arrival.
- Include proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damage or expiration date).
- Be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Returns for items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@gourmetsuperette.com. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged or expired item.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are not damaged or expired.
- Perishable goods with a valid expiration date.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
